Synopsis:
Weakened by a stay in an psychiatric hospital reunites with her son, Luca, who lives far away with his father now. But the joy of the reunion will be brief and Audrey will have to question her role as a mother.
Our Review:
The movie beautifully captures the challenges faced by Audrey, the joy of meeting her son after a long time and trying her best to fill the gaps of the lost years with him. Luca, though patient, has his own anxiety to be with a mother who he has not been there for most of the times. His performance for his age is outstanding. This movie does an exemplary job of showing the highs and lows of living and moving on with mental illness. Lack of empathy & support could make it difficult.
