Synopsis
Road To Somehwere tells the story of two girls — a hitchhiker running from an abusive relationship, and her driver who’s trying to make things right. Despite being complete strangers, they come to find comfort in telling one another things that they can’t feel like they can tell anyone else, highlighting the innate connection that women can have with each other.
Our Review
The journey is tense as the two girls reopen the wounds that has lead one to hitch hike and the other to a rehab. This movie is about unexpected friendships that develop over the course of a journey. It's heart warming to see both supporting each other and giving the confidence to face their family. You will be left "Smiling through tears" as Keira MacDermott get hugged by her sister at the end.
