Synopsis:
A professional couple book a relaxing break in an AirBnb Lodge in a remote place named 'Silence'. The owners are not the innocents they seem to be and have their own plans for the couple staying in their home.
Our Review
We've just read an incredibly tense and chilling horror script. While we initially thought we could predict what was going to happen, the story took a turn we didn't see coming. As Sasha tells the story of the Silence, we can feel the hairs on the back of our necks standing on end. James and Sarah find themselves trapped in this eerie place, with no apparent way out. It's a setup that would make for a truly gripping short film. The only thing that's missing is a deeper exploration of Sasha's connection to the Silence, as well as the histories of Louise and Laura. With a little more development in those areas, this script could be truly outstanding.
