The primary focus of human desire centers around the yearning to comprehend things. It is a complex process to gain an understanding of oneself and the individuals with whom we share emotional connections, as it requires a deep comprehension of their emotions which are constantly in flux. What was true in the past may now appear vastly different.
Maya has carried a heavy load of emotions over the years which have weighed her down. However, with the realization of her mother's suffering and a better understanding of her father's character, she has been able to release the burden, forgive, and progress forward.
