Some stories leave you in a state of helplessness pressing ones emotional buttons. Kids like Philly, become victim because of certain parents failure to protect their children. Though written in a lighter note, this script has a powerful storyline and would become a deep empathetic movie. The character of Philly and his sister portray the reality that many countries are still going through even at this time and age. This script if filmed with not just touch the heart but break it too…
