Some stories leave you in a state of helplessness pressing ones emotional buttons. Kids like Philly, become victim because of certain parents failure to protect their children. Though written in a lighter note, this script has a powerful storyline and would become a deep empathetic movie. The character of Philly and his sister portray the reality that many countries are still going through even at this time and age.
