Synopsis
Four Vietnam veterans in a retirement home play their own version of Blackjack until a strange, new, entertainment employee changes the rules of the game and one veteran’s life.
Our Review
"Best of Times" is interesting, especially with its mix of veterans, mystery, and nostalgia. The characters and how they interact create a unique feel, and the story has potential for emotional depth. The overall effect of the story will depend on how well the characters develop, the pacing, and how clearly Daemon’s role is defined. These elements will help make the story truly memorable.
