Schneeglöckchen (Snowdrops)(Screenplay)

Synopsis: At a brief encounter in a wind swept winter cemetery, an elderly man meets the daughter of his first love of his youth. Separated in the chaos and destruction of the war, he finally finds her laid to rest at his feet, fulfilling their vow to meet again.

Our Review: This one is about memories of the first love. One can get a nostalgic feeling when reading it. It is beautiful short story about a love that happened in Germany during war time. It would have been better if we had seen some glimpses of Anna and Harold’s love during the war. This has a good scope for developing into a full length beautiful love story. Neatly written and a script with a soul. This script can be a bit more deeper than the touch and go effect it has now. How Herald found Anna? who was placing the flowers all these years? why this year alone Herald made it to the tombstone on her birthday of all these years? how strong was their relationship if one had to trace her all the way for years? These points would have added more depth to the script.
