Director Biography - Sarah Lang
SARAH NICOLE LANG is a LGBTQ, female identifying, Toronto-based director. Sarah has taught, directed, and produced content in both theatre and film. Her most recent theatre directing credits include Red Light Winter (ASDS) and Down the Road (ASDS). She obtained her BA in Theatre and History from Queen’s University (Canada) and holds an MFA in Directing and Acting from the Actors Studio Drama School (New York City). She has worked as a director, producer, and production designer on multiple features, television series’, pilots, commercials, and music videos. She is the producer of Hang Ups (Scott Helman), which was nominated for a 2019 JUNO Award for Video of the Year. She has also been involved with many Netflix, Apple, and Crave TV series. Currently, Sarah has a series of Music Videos, commercials and features lined up for the spring and summer of 2021 and is currently in prep as a producer for a short involving Keith David and Kathryn Erbe.
