Coming Home

Updated: Jul 16, 2022

Summary

A grieving father and a detective cope with a ten year missing person's case.

Our Review:

Coming Home is about the grief and suffering of a father who has no clue of what has happened to his daughter who goes missing for almost 10 years now. Created in a placid with very less verbal communication, the film speaks volumes of the sorrow and emptiness that enter the parents life when they lose their loved one. And at times, time doesn't heal... A touching story, a lovely pair of actors, beautiful cinematography and the stunning tracking shots to close-ups makes this film special.

Director Biography - Jack Hoppe This is Jack Hoppe's first film after graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the Johnny Carson Film School. Prior to this, he wrote and directed several student films.
